To execute our manufacturing on pattern making, first we design sketches. Then, measurements are taken and a paper pattern is created. This pattern is then used to cut out the bag fabric, which is then sewn together to create the sample product.
We create a prototype design of the desired product. After that, we present the sample to the client for feedback and make necessary revisions. Repeat the process until the sample meets the client's expectations.
Once the sample has been approved after the necessary changes if any, we proceed with the final production.
At the final production stage, the process typically involves cutting and shaping the bag material, followed by sewing or bonding the pieces together to form the final product.
To ensure quality in bag manufacturing, various steps can be taken in the production process such as using high-quality materials, monitoring the stitching and sealing process, inspecting the finished product for defects, and conducting random sampling tests. Additionally, incorporating customer feedback and constantly improving the production process can also contribute to ensuring high-quality bags.
Execution at delivery involves final quality checks, packaging, labelling, and shipment of the finished bags to their intended destination. This process ensures that the bags are in good condition, correctly labelled, and delivered to the customer on time.
